What is the “All Singing, All Dancing Internet”?
Working with Artistic Director Alison Kershaw and a group of Professional Artists, we will WORK WITH YOU to develop ideas for a Musical Performance.
The process will involve workshops and rehearsals that will all work towards developing the final piece. There will also be a selection of free screenings of musicals, programmed especially for you to watch in a FACT cinema.
With the help of a composer and musician YOU will be writing and singing songs in preparation for the grand performance in the Summer 2012.
The only limits are your imagination…
What it will be about
The theme of the project is how new technologies affect our lives, creating light relief on the positives and negatives of trying to use technology, such as computers and mobile phones. We want to hear your views on it, and make a song and dance about it!
